LEGO has been producing castles for nearly half a century. Over that time they have come in many shapes and sizes. Some have been made from System bricks, some from Duplo bricks. I'm not aware of a Technic castle, so there is a challenge to all you aspiring castle architects. So what makes a good castle? It must be strong, compact, it should have towers, and a drawbridge. This little castle fits the bill perfectly, even throwing in a roof over the keep. It would be a worthy fortress for a mighty Monarch and band of brave knights.

This build was created by AuckLUG member Lisa Brown. Lisa does fantastic castle and pirate displays so keep you eyes out for her work. Sometimes there are dragons!
